1. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards and digital products (if applicable).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email clear photos of the item and packaging to connect.sbvendors@gmail.com.
  • We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
